Member of the National Association of Romanian Valuers (ANEVAR) since 1995, accredited in business valuation and real estate valuation (MAA), Adrian Vascu is currently President of ANEVAR after having held the position of Prime Vice-President of the association during 2005 -2006.
Since obtaining the quality of expert valuer until presently, Adrian Vascu coordinated and executed over 500 valuation reports of businesses, real estate properties, intangible assets, business plans, providing also consultancy on merger processes, division and training for the privatization process of several companies.
In addition to numerous professional training courses organized by the National Association of Romanian Valuers (ANEVAR), National Association of Securities Companies (ANSVM) or Romanian Financial Institute (IFR), Adrian Vascu also graduated from training programs endorsed by international organizations, such as American Society of Appraisers (ASA), where he specialized in valuation of machinery and equipment.
Having graduated from the lecturers course for valuating and financing real estate properties held by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and East European Realtors Property Foundation (EERPF), Adrian Vascu is currently a lecturer for the Business Valuation, Real Estate Valuation and Personal Property Valuation courses organized by ANEVAR.
Adrian Vascu is also author or co-author of numerous works and media course, such as: "Business Valuation", "Practical Guide for appraisal", "The valuation reporting. The valuation review” or "Trainer’s and student’s manual - Personal Property Valuation.”
Graduate of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of buildings and machinery and of the Academy of Economic Sciences, the Industry Management Department, Adrian Vascu is currently attending the PhD in valuation at the Academy of Economic Sciences Bucharest.
