Sorin Mitel is a Senior Partner and one of the founders of Vilau & Mitel law firm inBucharest. He graduated from the University of Bucharest in 1997 and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in the same year. He is also a graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest in 1992. He is an honorary member of the Association of Fellows and Legal Scholars of the Center for International Legal Studies and a member of International Trademark Association. His practice focuses primarily on mergers & acquisition, PPP, PFI and infrastructure and real estates projects, and he has been involved in a large number of major projects in the Romanian market. Sorin was a speaker in various conferences and published several articles on PPP, PFI and infrastructure, mergers & acquisition and securities.
